[gmx-users] How to make a two-dimension box?

Hello gromacs-users:
	I want to do NVT on a membrane model with water in two side.
I find that after the NVT the membrane drift along z axis about 
half of the box size, I don't want the membrane to drift, I want 
to make a two-dimension box, how can i do this?
