[gmx-users] gromacs double precision installation

Hi all,

I trying to install gromacs that supports double precision.

I have installed fftw as ./configure --enable-type-prefix

Now when I am trying to install gromacs

./confiure --disable-float

I am getting the following err
checking for sqrt in -lm... yes
checking for dfftw.h... yes
checking for main in -ldfftw... no
configure: error: Can't find a library to match the dfftw header

Please help me to solve this problem
