[gmx-users] Pls Guide!

Dear Gromacs Users,
I am running my simulation(Protein dissolved in water) for 2000ps and It
is taking more than 5 days.So please guide me how can I rum my simulation
in Background and in part so that I can stop it and can restart it again.
Please guide me.
