[gmx-users] modelling dna

Hello,

I need to carry out simulations with small (~20 bases) dna structures.
Unfortunately, I don't have the 3D structures available, though I have a good
idea of how they should look like.

Does anyone know of a program or a server that allows me to predict the
structures of such short dnas?
