[gmx-users] install fftw on IA64 system

HI all,

Does anyone have some experience on installing fftw-2.1.3 on IA64 system?

I did as HOWTO told, but failed when running ./configure ...

checking build system type... Invalid configuration 
`ia64-unknown-linux-gnu': machine `ia64-unknown' not recognized

checking for non-GNU ld... (cached) /usr/bin/ld
checking if the linker (/usr/bin/ld) is GNU ld... (cached) yes
checking for BSD-compatible nm... (cached) /usr/local/bin/nm -B
loading cache ./config.cache within ltconfig
ltconfig: you must specify a host type if you use `--no-verify'
Try `ltconfig --help' for more information.
configure: error: libtool configure failed

Any suggestions?
