[gmx-users] Pymol pdb

Hello

I've made molecular models of 2 oligopeptides in Pymol
(downloaded from Pymol site, running in mswinXP) and
saved them as .pdb files. I tried to open these saved
.pdb files with rasmol (also downloaded from their
site) and Rasmol doesn't recognize it. The file size
also seems small to me (36kb). Do I need the full
version of Pymol to make a .pdb file? Or must I access
the file in some other way?
