Dear gmx-users, I'm performing an ED on my trajectory. I've seen in some work a plot made with y= % of positional fluctuations an x= eigenvector index. Is there the possiblity to reproduce it with a gromacs tool? If yes, wich are the steps to follow? Thanks in advance Andrea
