[gmx-users] help

I have installed and use the Gromacs version 3.2.1. But among the online 
reference manual(at /usr/local/share/gromacs/html /online) that come with 
the pakage I cannot find manuals for the following commands but they do run 
at the cmmand prompt. How can I make it available? Will it be possible to 
get it if I save the specified html file from 
http://www.gromacs.org/documentation/reference_3.2/online/ under 
/usr/local/share/gromacs/html/online ?
