Dear all,
just got the latest CVS source using the procedure outlined in
http://www.gromacs.org/developer/cvs_usage.php
in the gmx directory I say ./bootstrap followed by ./configure and make.
make quickly gives up because of a mising seperator in gmxlib/Makefile
when I out-comment the offending lines as in (i havent installed
blas or lapack anyway):
#if !GMX_EXTERNAL_BLAS
BLAS_DIR = gmx_blas
BLAS_LIBOBJS = gmx_blas/libblas.la
#if !GMX_EXTERNAL_LAPACK
LAPACK_DIR = gmx_lapack
LAPACK_LIBOBJS = gmx_lapack/liblapack.la
... it compiles until:
/bin/sh ../../../../libtool --mode=link cc -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer
-finline-functions -Wall -Wno-unused -malign-double -funroll-all-loops -o
