According to the urban dictionary:

II. Defining 'Noob'
Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not

So, it is by unfortunate chance that the address says "noob noob", or
is it characteristic?

The hash character (#) is close to universally be used for "number",
which makes the labels read:

"Number of structures" versus "Cluster number"
