If this is ac.apac.edu.au, then I had problems with various GROMACSen 4 
some months back, which I reported here 
http://bugzilla.gromacs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=263 and also in email 
discussion with David Singleton.

Note that GROMACS 3 works fine, and GROMACS 4 with generic kernels is 
also fine.
