Hi,

If you have git installed, all you need to do to download the Gromacs  
sources is

git clone git://git.gromacs.org/gromacs.git

If there is no git installed on your machine, there are also rpm files  
provided on git-scm.com/download.
Everything should be in english there I would guess.
