[gmx-users] reg ionic strength effect on the given protein

Dear justin,
                    Very very Thank you for witty and useful reply.
I would like to study the effect of ionic strength on protein stability
 Through SMD is it possible ? Can i correlate the result of SMD with stability ?
 Because  at high ionic strength The H-bonding between chains is disrupted only hydrophobic interaction exists?
