[gmx-users] Gromacs 4.5.5 installation on Cygwin

Hi everyone!
I am trying to install Gromacs 4.5.5 using Cygwin. I have succesfully compiled and installed fftw-3.2.2 according to the instructions provided below:

However, when I am at the step after running "make" (and after "make install", of course), I encounter error messages as follows:

numa_malloc.c:117: error: expected '>' before 'Processor'
numa_malloc.c:117: error: expected '>' before 'ProcNumber'
numa_malloc.c:117: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or .....................
...
...
...
