[gmx-users] frame in VMD

Hi, I use VMD to see GROMACS trajectory, I run 20ns md, there are 10,000,000
step, when load to VMD, it total 2777 frames. 

I don't known if there something wrong in it ? 

How to get the frame about 19532ps?
