[gmx-users] frame in VMD

Probably, VMD tries to load the whole trajectory into memory, and that runs
out. You should be using trjconv to get a particular frame. Also see
http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/How-tos/Reducing_Trajectory_Storage_Volume
to
avoid generating redundant information to throw away later.
