i am checking for a designed protein for thermostability by md simulation (8 ns). The RMSD  of  c-alpha c-alpha back bone at 30-60 degree celsius is found to be slightly varies between WT and mutant protein , what other parameters should i consider to confirm thermostability in my desiged protein to analyse by md simulation.
