As Mark pointed out (a point that I missed), the correct option is
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX.  Also note that it needs to point to a real
directory. The "/path/to/gromacs" is just a cute way of saying you should
specify the desired path to Gromacs on your system.
