[gmx-users] cut-off for different groups GROMACS 4.6.3

Hello, all
Could anyone help me on this?
Could I choose different cut-offs for different groups?
Like if I has atom A and B, Could I define 3 cut-off values for
A-A, A-B and B-A respectively?
