[gmx-users] Frequency dependent dielectric constant

Hello Experts,
I have a time series of dipole moment of the system. I would like to use
gromacs to calculate dielectric constant (frequency dependent for both real
and imaginary). Is it possible to calculate dielectric constant using
external file of dipole moment? If possible can you direct me how to
calculate? I never used gromacs before.
