Hello, an update about the g_rmsf. Tsjerk is right! I wanted to be completely sure, so I used a toy system to test which procedure is used by g_rmsf. Indeed it is the case that g_rmsf calculates the deviation from the average structure. Thanks a lot, especially Tsjerk! Floris
