I want to know what is the meaning of the following definitions:

Coret (t), Wall t(s),  (ns/day), (hour/ns) located in the log files.

 In the end of a log file there is:

            Core t (s)   Wall t (s)        (%)
       Time:     1990.234      497.489      400.1
                 (ns/day)    (hour/ns)
Performance:        0.348       69.027
Finished mdrun on rank 0 Thu Apr  9 17:43:41 2015
