pdb2gmx does not need .itp information.  grompp does.  Add the parameters to 
ffbonded.itp or ffnonbonded.itp as needed.

Charges and connectivity go in the .rtp entry.  Heme ligation by His and Cys is 
already supported via specbond.dat.
