gmx analyze -ac produces an autocorrelation function of a provided time series 
of some data.  What time series are you analyzing?  What errors are you getting? 
Saying "getting errors" is absolutely useless for anyone trying to help you - be 
specific and provide direct copied-and-pasted text from the terminal whenever 
possible.
