dear gromacs user, i am a beginner of gromacs.. i have to create a topology parameters for LIGAND in manual using opls-aa force field. I read the gromacs manual, but i didn't get clear solution. what are the basic requirements to build the topology..??[ basic knowledge, basic idea...] please, hope you reply... thank you in advance..
