[gmx-users] xpm matrix value

Dear Gromacs Users,

I did some cluster analysis using gmx cluster with the option "-ntr", which
generated me an image file (.xpm) containing the transition from one
cluster to another, for each cluster pairs. This .xpm file shows the number
of transition as a color code. Can anyone help me how can I get the value
as a number for each transition rather than the color? For example: from
cluster 1 to cluster 2: 17.
