[gmx-users] "cudaEventElapsedTime failed in cu_event_elapsed: device not ready" error

Hi All

Please anyone help me?
I encountered problem after installed cuda 8.0 toolkit and running
simulation package. I am using linux ubuntu 16 distro.

i received below message after 1.5 hours of starting simulation.
