Exactly SDS is CHARMM36 but cocobetaine not.

So your SDS may be CHARMM36 but your cocobetaine is not. You can check against the CHARMM force field files and also the atom types themselves. If the second character is "G" then it is CGenFF, otherwise it is stock CHARMM.
