[gmx-users] GPU in Ubuntu

it is better to choose a stable Linux for computational work. I 
recommend the following:

Redhat Enterprise, Scientific Linux,SuSE Linux Enterprise

Ubuntu is on not stable enough for professional work according to my own 
experiences.
