Are you using different reference pressures when using anisotropic 
pressure coupling? There is an explicit check for isotropic reference 
pressures before computing and storing the enthalpy. I am not entirely 
sure but I think the reason for this is that with anisotropic pressure 
scaling the ensemble is not well defined.
